About Andros Fat

A little info about me!
My name is Andros. I was born on the 16th of December of 1964!
My actual name is Andreas but everybody is calling me Andros.
I was called Andreas Andreou until recently when I decided to change my name to Andreas Kalou. I couldn't bare anymore with that because probably about half of the people in Cyprus they are called Andreas and most of them, their surname is Andreou. So when ever I was talking to somebody and saying that my name was Andreas Andreou I had to explain or describe who I was. Then I decided to change my surname to Kalou, a surname that my family have and two of my uncles they are still using it.
I am married with Rachael Cook from Birmingham, England and we have two children; Antonis and Chloe.
I finished school and studied in Athens modern guitar and modern harmony of music. I played with groups and various musicians in clubs, pubs, taverns, weddings parties and even concerts. I still do a couple of gigs alone but only in the summer. My son Antonis is joining me at the Pit Stop on Fridays. He is playing the bass with me. (He is studying classical guitar at the moment).
The gigs I do at the moment are for my own enjoyment, just to keep it going!
